Do you take walk-in appointments?

Becasue Rylari is a private, one-on-one salon studio, services are by appointment only. If you wish to check my availability or be put on a cancellation list, please email me at rylarihairstudio@gmail.com 

What is your product return policy?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a purchase, I will assist you with a prompt exchange within 30 days of purchase. Amount of credit towards another product will be based on the amount of product returned.

What does gratuity free mean?

Gratuity free means tipping is no longer accepted at Rylari Hair Studio. The price you see is the price you pay.

What is your cancellation policy?

As your services are reserved especially for you, I ask that you notify me 24 hours in advance to change or cancel your appointment. Without 24 hour notice, you will incure a fee for 50% of the booked services. Payment will be required before an appointment can be rebooked. 

Do you guarantee your services?

Absolutely! If for ANY reason you are unhappy with your services, please reach out within 7 days for a revision.

What form of payments do you accept?

I accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, debit cards, cash and Venmo.
